Pin-up..

So I decided to post another Pin-Up today to make up for the one I didn't post last week..
Although, I have drifted away from the 1950's Pi-ups for a bit, I do this for good reason today. May I present, Ms. Charlize Theron.

Hubba hubba! Look at those eyes!

Look at those... Um... Ya!
Anyway, I really had no idea about Charlize, so I did a little research. Here is what I found.

Charlize Theron was born on August 7, 1975 in the small town of Benoni in South Africa. She was the only child of Charles and Gerda Theron, two South African farmers who also ran a road construction business. Growing up on this farm allowed Charlize to learn parts of many languages -- an article in 'Vanity Fair' indicated she knew parts of 28, with Afrikaans being her first. At the age of 6, Charlize took up ballet and quickly proved to be skilled. She would soon be invited to dance professionally in Johannesburg in South Africa.

In 1994 Charlize was "discovered." This happened when an L.A. bank teller refused to cash her out-of-town cheque because she did not have an account at the bank, she threw "a little tantrum." This tantrum was witnessed by a talent manager. He called this screaming, arm-waving tantrum-thrower a "vision" and immediately asked her "I don't know what you do, but if you're interested in acting, here's my card."

Initially skeptical of the card, she was informed by a friend that John Crosby was legitimate. Of course, with no money or job, she was definitely interested. This proved to be rewarding with some minor roles, but it was until she had an audition for a Tom Hanks movie that her career would take off. Upon the completion of her audition, Tom kept raving "She's got it! That girl is going to be somebody."

And that's the rest of the story..

Missing..

I hate when we have a search for missing kids. It's like my worst nightmare that I loose my Son, and so I can sympathize with the parents. But when the family is murdered, and the kids are missing, that is a whole dimension of hell I just can't comprehend. So, if you have been living in a box, or on Mars, or don't own a TV, Radio, or cell phone, here is the story..

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho (AP) -- Police and FBI agents searched Wednesday for an 8-year-old girl and her 9-year-old brother who vanished from a house where their mother, older brother and a man were found slain.

They also were looking for a man, Robert Roy Lutner, 33, of Hayden, whom they described as a "person of interest." Sheriff's Capt. Ben Wolfinger told the Coeur d'Alene Press that Lutner is believed to be a friend of the family.

Ya, some friend that scumbag turned out to be. I hope they find the kids safe, and then let the Police dogs rip that worthless hunk of shit to pieces.

PIG Pic..

So I owe ya a PIG pic from last week.
I have a thing for Ruger firearms. They are well made, reliable, and last forever if properly maintained. As a result of this, I currently own several Ruger's. However, one that I don't own YET is the Ruger Mark II .22 lr Pistol.

MarkII's have been made for YEARS and utilize the proven Walther p-38 design.
here's the specs from Ruger:
  • Caliber: .22 LR
  • Capacity: 10 Rounds
  • Finish: Blued
  • Stock / Grip: Black Synthetic
  • Barrel Length: 5 1/2" Bull
  • Groove: 6
  • Twist: 1:16" RH
  • Overall Length: 9 3/4"
  • Weight: 42 oz
  • Front Sight(s): Fixed
  • Rear Sight(s): Adjustable
  • Other Features: Manual Safety
  • Suggested Retail Price: $365.00
They really are just an excellent tool, and more fun than a basket of kittens! The $365 price tag makes them even MORE attractive! This is an excellent gun to start that new shooter on.

News Media..

This deal with Newsweek and the Quran story.. WTF!
Are they INTENTIONALLY trying to get the terrorists to attack us? It's bad enough that they won't retract the story, they merely admit it is a incorrect story. Bah! It just STEAMS me. I would personally like the shitbag who wrote this tripe to be shipped to the Middle East to stand trial for "Inciting a Riot" and for the murder of 18 innocent people.

Pin-Up..

So, I owe at least 2 pin-ups.. Our first is a woman who some men find irresistible, and others find repulsive.
Denise Richards..
I happen to think she is beautiful..

And Yes, I have seen the Playboy pictures..

Ohhh Momma! To bad she is married to a left wing communist drug addicted piece of crap like Charlie Sheen.
